So you want to lead a squad in FC Round 10? Here are some of the items we want you to know:
- Read the Leader's Creed- We Expect you to recruit as many men as possible *They will not be guaranteed in your squad- Squads will be between 10-20 men in size- As a new squad leader, you may get paired up with a veteran squad leader- If you want to be apart of the leadership team, but not lead a squad, we have support team designation. Support Team will help with Events, and other non-squad items.- You Need you to make every effort to attend all 4 large events: KO, Midway, Award Night, Graduation.
All leaders should plan on attending ONE of the 3 hour sessions listed below. We initiated a new training format Round 9, and it was very beneficial for veteran and first time leaders to attend.

*This registration DOES include the fee for participating in Round 10. When Official Registration opens around July 16th, you will still need to register for Round 10, to get entered in our system correctly. At that time you will use a promo code to make sure you don't pay twice. We will remind you.

Can't Make it
If you can not attend any of these, you will need to make arrangements with your regional leader/trainer. We will connect you with that person.
We are mixing it up. Camping, Fight Club Style.
If you are staying the night (recommended), You have a couple options - The first is a cabin bunk bed. 2nd, bring your tent or camper. Third, if you live close by, just drive.
Bring your own food, tent, etc. Hang out with the guys for a night of fellowship, and run the Midway course at Midnight!
*If you don't know your schedule yet, you can change this at a later date.

You are coming to Midway, but have something to do early Saturday morning, and can't stay over.
Can't Come to Midway
As you just saw, we are switching the format of the leader retreat. This round it is going to be pretty simple. You come camp, and enjoy yourself. Bring your own food, and sleep out at the Valley. We do incur costs for our leaders, but like always, we don't want to pass those along to you, as you will be doing a lot of the grunt work for this ministry. However, we know you want to see this thing continue, so there is a place to donate to help FC414.CLUB continue. It costs about $80 per new leader, and about $50 per veteran leader at our cost.
